Flood and Fire Response LLC Water damage response was amazing. They answered their phone immediately on a Sunday morning. I had called in a panic because the master bath toilet had an unnoticed leak that managed to damage our newly renovated kitchen below as well as the newly carpeted office in the basement. Lou’s team responded within an hour and took control. He explained insurance and their process to deal with the water damage. They started the cleanup immediately. He even went above and beyond to cleaned out problem area not associated with main flood. He came back the next evening to check on things and handled more concerns. An appointment was also made for us the next day with a reconstruction company. Very impressed with them so far.

I highly recommend this company. In our recent emergency (weekend, night flooding of our 2 level condo) they not only answered but sent a technician out within a hour to access and start mitigation services. They were very professional and took care not to cause any damage to unaffected areas and preserve what they could. Flood and Fire response stayed until the fans were set up and came back the next day to continue their work. They moved furniture and hauled the damaged drywall, flooring etc. away. They provided a detailed invoice and worked with our insurance company for payment. They kept me in the loop the entire time and even provided referral for the rebuild as well. The sales team and technicians were awesome and it was truly a blessing to have a mess be handled so smoothly.

Dip into your savings & call them now! Not cheap, but worth every dollar. I discovered a wet area in my basement & didn't know where the water came from. I used Google, which led me to Flood and Fire Response, LLC. I called them, and a technician (Steve) was at my home in less than 2 hours! He extracted all of the water, set up a couple of blowers and a dehumidifier, and let the equipment do its thing for 3 days. I called a plumber to inspect and find the source of the leak in the meantime. When Steve returned, he re-padded my carpet, cleaned it (for $free.99!), and cleaned up after himself. Job done!

Fire and Flood Response came to my home 3 separate times for repairs. Lenny came out for the inspection of damages and was easy to talk to. Straight forward and knowledgeable. Felt comfortable working with him after the initial repair. I immediately called and requested Lenny to have him and his guys repair my other water damages. Thomas was fair giving repair scopes. Lenny was easy to get in contact whenever I had question. Also the time frames he set to schedule work to be done his guys were on time. I recommend Flood and Fire Response to anyone needing home repairs.

We came back from vacation only to discover a wet basement floor due to a pinhole leak in a pipe. That was an unfortunate slap back into reality. I called Flood and Fire Response and they were at my door within a couple hours ready to work. There were only 2 guys - Steve and James. Within an hour and a half, they had cleared out all the wet carpet, treated all the surfaces to ensure mold spores weren't multiplying and had all the fans running. They cleaned up and took all the trash with them. Thank you Steve and James for a job well done.

F and FR LLC were extremely professional and helpful throughout a very stressful situation via flooded basement and subsequent damage. Lenny and his crew were flexible, competent and very polite. Walls and floors were repaired as promised ... clean up of area was handled as requested. Leila (in office) was a joy to work with .. very accommodating and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend their services/ company ....and will absolutely use their services again if and when needed.
