Our Story
Flood and Fire Response was born out of a desire by the owners to offer top class service to commercial and residential customers that need mitigation and remediation services. The idea was conceived after a harrowing personal experience of one of the owners who had water damage in his home. First came a company recommended by the insurance. They were more interested to make sure the insurance company was happy and ended up doing a terrible job. He then called a large company to give an estimate to fix the problem only to realize that the crew was an independent franchise but with ridiculously high prices. Next he called a smaller sized company who offered a reasonable price but were ill equipped to provide a comprehensive service.
After several weeks of agony, the problem was still not rectified and soon mold started to grow. It was several months and thousands of dollars out of pocket later that his house was back to normal. Having worked with thousands of businesses and having been an avid fan of first class customer service, it got him thinking about starting a restoration company. A company that can provide the best service at affordable prices for customer who were paying out of pocket as well as work with all major insurance companies in the nation but with the customer’s interest foremost at all times. He presented his idea to a few close friends who shared his passion for customer service and a few months later Flood and Fire Response was born.
Today, when we get called to handle the mitigation needs of a customer we keep our promise of ‘We’ll get you through it” in the best possible way. We take immense pride in the providing the highest quality of service and it gives us tremendous joy when we see our customers smile and tell us “Thank you for a great job”. Tom – President and CEO
Tom holds a degree in Engineering and MBA in General Management. He is a consultant with over 25 years of experience of building successful businesses in retail and manufacturing industry. Tom has worked with people from over 52 countries providing management expertise. As the President and CEO, Tom’s guides the company’s direction and offers business expertise.


Mike – Sales Director
Mike holds a graduate degree in economics. He has served as sales director for major national retail chain as well as owned his own whole sale business. As the Sales Director, Mike’s role is to make sure we adopt optimal communication strategies across all marketing platforms.


Ajith – Operations Director
Ajith is an engineer with over 25 years of experience in business processes. He has provided his expertise to large multinational corporations like Coke Cola, Honeywell etc. to improve their business processes through use of IT. As the Operation’s Director, Ajith will ensure we are always providing our service in the most efficient way so we can keep our costs minimal while offering top quality service.


Ayla – Accounts and Admin Manager
Ayla is an experienced accountant. As the Accounts and Administration Manager, Ayla takes care of money matters and HR functions of the company.
